About visit of facility
There are 3 facilities to visit in the site.
All facilities are connected and you can tour without going outdoors.
- Ozenji Eco Gurashi Kankyo-kan (Facility for learning environmental problems)
- Recycling treatment facility
- Waste incineration facility
It is necessary to make a reservation for the tour of waste incineration facility and group tour.
For more information, Please see “Cautions about the tour”.
Individual visit
You can visit the Ozenji Eco Gurashi Kankyo-kan and the platform (place to carry in the resources) of Recycling treatment facility at any time.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to have a tour with an attendant or a tour other than the platform of Recycling treatment facility.
Depending on the situation, you may be able to visit on the day.
In addition, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance to visit the waste incineration facility.
Please make a reservation one week before the day you want to visit.
Group visit
You can visit the Ozenji Eco Gurashi Kankyo-kan and the platform (place to carry in the resources) of Recycling treatment facility at any time.

(You can not see the state of loading of waste and work from 12 o’clock to 13 o’clock because of the break time of the workers.)

※People who wants to observe only garbage truck can see from recycling treatment facility.
About reservation of visit
・You can make a reservation by phone or Tour Reservation Form.
・Sending a Tour Reservation Form does not guarantee your reservation. We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your reservation.
・All reservations are first come first served.
・Please make a reservation one week before the day you want to visit.
※In the case of a free visit of the Ozenji Eco Gurashi Kankyo-kan, no reservation is required.
・Those who wish to visit the waste incineration facility need to make an advance reservation.
・If it is about 30 people, the recycling treatment facility can be visited without a reservation.
However, please be aware that if other reservations has be made first, you may have to wait or may not be able to guide.
・It is also possible to watch the facility introduction DVD and explain using slides. If you wish, please inform us at the time of a reservation.
・ Please refrain from talking with a loud voice or running around when visiting the waste incineration facility and recycling treatment facility.

・We will flexibly respond to your desire or request.
・As a rule of thumb, we have about 2 hours when visiting social studies at elementary schools.

Recycling Treatment Facility tour about 20 min.

Q & A, toilet time about 10 min.
Temporary reservation
・It is also possible to take a temporary reservation for multiple days (up to 3 days) at a time. However, please note that the temporary reservation will be canceled automatically if there is no confirmation within 10 days of the temporary reservation.
